I often hear people asking this question ‘How do I break into tech’ and to be honest no one has an answer to that. Well! A few people might, but not everyone has the same experiences as you or the same level of IQ, not that this matters when trying to pivot into the tech ecosystem. Ask yourself, “What do I Currently do that technology can supplement today”.

It all started in September 2021

In 2021, After several job searches, trying to make a couple of bucks here and there. I decided that I needed to upskill myself, meaning at this point my degree was beginning to look like a waste. Why! Because there was less demand for my profession in the job market. So, I decided to enrol into a Bootcamp to supplement my skill as an architect and find what I could do to enhance my skills not as an architect but as an individual

After the Boot camp

Three months later, here I was unsure of a lot of things yet confident in a way that I could pull off this web development stuff. Six months passed, and I knew a lot about the web and how it works. Finally, I moved on to creating a lot of projects, which you can find on my GitHub (https://github.com/TundeAdekoya/) and Behance (https://www.behance.net/AdekoyaTunde/).

Creating Your Portfolio

I started creating my first portfolio (https://tundedev.vercel.app/) and oh my goodness, it was not that nice, but I didn't care either because this was my among my first projects and I just went with the flow and applied for jobs anyway. By the way, this is my current portfolio (https://adekoya-tunde.vercel.app/)

Your First Live Project

Fast-forward to 2022, and it's been a year. How time flies! I’m currently creating a hospitality platform that is about to go live soon.
